Rapid Time Recruit Limited acting as an Employment Business is currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers for various shift patterns on behalf of our client in Carrington on an ONGOING basis. 

Role of a Class 1 HGV Driver:

Varied roles, Days, Nights, Tramping, 4 on 4 off

Starting times 04:00 – 08:00 DAYS

Starting times 15:00 - 19:00 NIGHTS

2-3 drops

Average 11–12-hour shifts

Class 1 HGV drivers will be required to complete an induction and assessment prior to commencing work. 

Various shift patterns available 

• Monday - Friday days
• 4 on 4 off days
• Monday - Friday nights 
• 4on 4off nights 
• Tramping is optional / available on all shift patterns. 

Class 1 driver will require:

• Valid UK HGV licence for 12 months or more.
• Must have a minimum 6-month previous HGV driving experience.
• Digital tachograph card CPC card.
• Be professional and presentable at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
• Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
• No IN10, DR10, DG10, CD10 or TT99
