Class 2 Driver (HGV Class 2)

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Class 2 Driver to join our clients team in Hull. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with guaranteed hours and early finishes.

Job Details:

• Location: Hull
• Start Time: 04:45am
• Finish Time: 14:30pm (Early finish Friday at 13:30pm)
• Hours: 44 hours per week guaranteed
• Days: Monday to Friday

Pay:

• Starting from £13.50 per hour
• Increasing to £15.57 per hour after qualifying period

Role Responsibilities:

• Completing 2–3 deliveries per day
• Handballing goods as required
• Moving cages and handling stock
• Ensuring safe and timely deliveries
• Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining compliance

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence)
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of UK driving laws and regulations
• Physically fit due to manual handling duties
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Minimum 6months of driving experience is required
