The Role

• Full-time teaching positions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Permanent and long-term opportunities available
• Inner and Outer London pay scales
• September start dates (or sooner where available)
• Opportunities across Newham, Tower Hamlets, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Hackney and surrounding areas

Essential Requirements (Must Haves)

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs)
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and/or EYFS Framework
• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Effective behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
• Understanding of assessment, tracking and pupil progress
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding, child protection and promoting pupil welfare
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and carers
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience working in diverse, multicultural school communities
• Phonics knowledge (Read Write Inc., Little Wandle or similar)
• Experience supporting SEND learners
• Subject leadership experience
• Experience raising attainment and accelerating progress
