Cleaner

Thorn Baker Fm are looking for experienced cleaners to join our team for the Silverstone event in July 2026, located in Towcester. You must be 18 years and over, have your own camping equipment and can stay the full 3-4 days at site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s biggest sporting events while working in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Location: Silverstone Circuit, Towcester  
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Shift: 11:00am - 9:00pm
Duration: 3-4 nights camping on site

Accommodation & Catering:

* You must camp for the whole duration on site for 3-4 nights
* You may arrive on Thursday evening or Friday morning before your first shift
* Free Hot and Cold food is provided during your stay
* You must provide your own camping equipment (tent, sleeping bag, etc.)

Duties Include:

* Cleaning public areas across the site
* Litter picking and maintaining site cleanliness
* Keeping toilets, walkways, and communal areas clean and presentable
* Assisting visitors and providing excellent customer service
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the event

Requirements:

* Previous cleaning experience is essential
* Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long periods
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
* Friendly and professional approach, as this is a customer-facing role
* Ability to work in a busy event environment
