Cleaners - Solihull - Enhanced DBS required

Blue Arrow are looking for reliable and experienced Enhanced DBS Cleaners to support schools across the South Birmingham area on an ongoing basis.

Location: Solihull

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 330pm-530pm - 10 hours a week

Immediate start

Working within a school environment, you will play an important part in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic setting for students and staff.

Typical duties include:

• Cleaning communal areas, hallways, offices, classrooms, canteens, toilets
• Sanitising high‑touch surfaces and ensuring infection control standards are met
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
• Maintaining cleanliness in staff areas and facilities
• Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
• Working to strict hygiene and safeguarding procedures

• Enhanced DBS certificate (essential and in date)
• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a school
• Good understanding of COSHH
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Safeguarding training - Blue Arrow can provide this if needed.
