⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (Office Based)
Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 per annum

Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client & Sales Support Administrator to join our expanding team in Alton. This dynamic, hands-on role is pivotal in ensuring customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded. You will manage sales order processing, coordinate with depots and transport teams, and ensure timely, complete deliveries. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will help maintain seamless and efficient operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Processing- Accurately process sales orders using InspHire software
- Issue prompt and professional order confirmations
- Pre-qualify deliveries with site contacts to ensure readiness
- Provide clients with clear, regular, and timely delivery updates
- Raise proforma invoices and efficiently manage card payment processing
- Coordinate bespoke design approvals with the Mechanical Design team
- Manage custom livery requirements in liaison with the Marketing department
- Serve as the primary point of contact for purchase enquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to general queries
- Collaborate closely with depots and transport teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within agreed time frames
- Error-free and efficient processing of orders and work flows
- Deliveries completed in full, on time, and meeting client expectations
- Clear and effective communication with operational teams
- Consistently uphold a positive and professional image of the Conquip brand
