What you’ll be doing
- Managing daily cash listings and banking administration
- Supporting sales and purchase ledger processes
- Completing bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with month-end sales ledger procedures
- Processing client transfers and file uploads
- Handling DSAR requests
- Coordinating and delegating tasks across the team
- Supporting with ad hoc administration tasks as required
- Managing workloads effectively within a busy office environment
Must haves
- Previous experience within client administration or finance administration
- Intermediate or above knowledge of Xero
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Experience reconciling accounts
- Positive, proactive, team-focused attitude
Nice to haves
- Experience working within a financial or collections environment
- Confidence learning new in-house systems quickly
- Previous experience supporting or coordinating team workloads

This role is fully office based in Cheltenham
Hours are 37.5 per week
