We’re hiring for a Client Services Administrator to join a growing, people-focused organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting customers and internal teams through a mix of admin and customer service tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised, and being part of a team that values quality, care and attention to detail.

What will you be doing as a Client Services Administrator?

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email
  • Handling queries with a professional, solutions-focused approach
  • Processing client orders and account information accurately
  • Maintaining and updating client data across internal systems
  • Supporting a high-quality client experience throughout
  • Recording and tracking all client interactions
  • Working with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently

What will you need?

  • Experience in a customer-facing or support-focused role
  • Confident communicating via phone and email
  • Previous experience in an administrative or process-driven environment
