Stephen James Consulting is partnering with an established elderly care provider to recruit a Clinical Home Manager for a well-regarded 40-bedded nursing home in Surrey, specialising in complex dementia and elderly care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN-qualified professional to lead a supportive and person-centred care service focused on delivering high clinical standards and positive resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, clinical governance, and quality care delivery
- Lead, motivate, and develop the multidisciplinary team
- Drive occupancy, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Manage budgets and support the overall success of the service
Requirements:
- Active UK NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
- Previous experience within a nursing home leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of elderly care, dementia care, and clinical compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and decision-making abilities
This role offers a salary of: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum
