JR Clinical Training & Case Management (JR CTCM) is a growing nurse-led organisation providing specialist case management, direct employment management, clinical training, and expert care services to children and adults with complex health needs, catastrophic injuries, and disabilities throughout the UK.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead โ€“ Complex Care & Case Management to join our leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Registered Nurse who is looking to move beyond traditional nursing roles and play a key part in shaping, developing, and leading high-quality complex care and case management services.

Working closely with the Director, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, and Operations Director, you will support clinical governance, quality assurance, service development, and the delivery of outstanding care and support to our clients and families.

This role would suit an experienced clinician who enjoys autonomy, leadership, problem-solving, relationship building, and working across a variety of complex care environments.

๐ŸŒŸ THE ROLE

As Clinical Lead โ€“ Complex Care & Case Management, you will provide clinical oversight across our regulated services and support the continued growth of our case management provision.

This is a primarily office-based role from our Weston-super-Mare office, with regular travel required to client homes, meetings, reviews, competency assessments, and community-based services.

Key responsibilities include:

โœ” Leading clinical governance and quality assurance activities

โœ” Providing medication management oversight

โœ” Completing clinical audits and driving service improvements

โœ” Undertaking competency assessments and clinical sign-off

โœ” Providing clinical supervision and support to care teams

โœ” Reviewing and developing policies, procedures, and governance systems

โœ” Supporting incident investigations and lessons learned

โœ” Supporting compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards

โœ” Providing clinical advice and guidance across the organisation

โœ” Supporting complex care packages and regulated services

โœ” Undertaking client visits, quality assurance reviews, and package reviews

โœ” Working alongside case managers, families, deputies, solicitors, and multidisciplinary professionals

โœ” Contributing to the growth and development of JR CTCM's case management and complex care services

๐ŸŒŸ WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

โœ” Primarily office-based from our Weston-super-Mare office

โœ” Hybrid working available where appropriate

โœ” Regular travel to client homes, meetings, reviews, and community settings

โœ” Monday to Friday working pattern

โœ” Participation in a shared senior management on-call rota (approximately one week per month) following induction and competency sign-off

โœ” No routine weekend working

โœ” No Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year's Day working

๐ŸŒŸ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

โœ” Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration

โœ” Minimum five years post-registration experience

โœ” Experience within complex care, community nursing, rehabilitation, brain injury, paediatrics, long-term conditions, case management, or healthcare leadership environments

โœ” Previous leadership, senior nurse, clinical lead, deputy manager, or equivalent experience

โœ” Experience working alongside and supporting community-based care teams

โœ” Experience undertaking competency assessments and supporting staff development

โœ” Experience supporting quality assurance, clinical governance, audits, and service improvement

โœ” Experience reviewing and developing policies, procedures, and governance systems

โœ” Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

โœ” Excellent communication, report writing, and relationship-building skills

โœ” Ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team

โœ” Understanding of CQC regulations, governance, and quality standards

โœ” Experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams

โœ” Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

โœ” Willingness to travel as part of the role

๐ŸŒŸ DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

โœ” Previous case management experience

โœ” Experience supporting case managers with complex client needs

โœ” Experience working alongside deputies, solicitors, and Court of Protection teams

โœ” Knowledge of BABICM, CMSUK, rehabilitation pathways, or case management services

โœ” Experience supporting individuals with catastrophic injuries, acquired brain injuries, cerebral palsy, or other complex disabilities
