Cnc Programmer Setter Operator

Red Recruitment are currently recruiting for our engineering client based in Redditch. We are looking to recruit a CNC Programmer with setting/operating experience to work hands on in a small team overseeing 3 machines.

• This role requires Programming, setting and operating CNC machines.

• Develop and refine CNC programs
• Accurately read technical drawings, using CAD/CAM files change data into machine instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC machinery, selecting appropriate tools, feeds, and speeds based on material type and job requirements.
• Quality control
• Working with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.

Hours

Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 07:00 – 13:00. Some flexibility available on these hours.

Pay

£19 an hour, Time and a third for overtime in the week, time and a half for Saturdays.
