CNC Setter Operator

We're looking for an experienced CNC Setter Operator to join our Machine Shop team, reporting to the Machine Shop Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC machines using Fanuc controls
• Work across vertical, horizontal, and turn/mill machining centres
• Produce fasteners and precision turned/machined components
• Carry out first-off and in‑process inspections to works instructions
• Select, replace, and manage tooling for each job
• Perform weekly machine maintenance checks and report faults
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop and personal work area
• Support additional tasks as required by the management team

Key Skills & Experience

• CNC setting, operation, and basic programming knowledge
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
