• 4 day working week as standard! Monday to Thursday only. 
• 37.5 hours per week across standard day shift - flexible start / finish time. 
• Friday is available for overtime, but this is optional. 
• Excellent engineering business working on a range of small / medium sized batches.
• Hands on Team Leading role, offering a good balance. 

Are you a CNC Supervisor with team leading experience looking to join a growing engineering business who manufactures a range of low batch specialist components?

We are looking for an experienced CNC Supervisor with team leading experience who is still hands on and can support with setting, operating, and programming. As a CNC Miller, you will be programming, setting and operating machinery to manufacture parts for the Oil & Gas sector. 

Salary & Package: £21.00 per hour as a guide. Overtime available at x1.33 midweek. 

This CNC Miller Supervisor job will suit:

• Skilled CNC Miller with programming, setting, and operating experience.
• Previous exposure to Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controlled machines would be an advantage.
• A CNC Machinist who has worked on low/medium volume, specialist projects. There is a key emphasis on high quality precision work.
• Proven experience within a Team Leader / Supervisory position. Can support with planning and allocating jobs.

The CNC Miller - Team Leader job will involve:

• Leading and Supervising the milling department on a day shift pattern. 
• Programming, Setting, and Operating a range of CNC Milling machinery.
• Working on low / medium batch volume projects to tight tolerances and standards.
• Machining a range of materials, such as Aluminium and Stainless steel. 
• Operating Fanuc and HAAS controlled machines.
