Location: Wimborne, Dorset

Salary: Circa £50k p/annum (DOE) + Overtime (x1.5)

Hours: Night Shift (Monday to Thursday)

The Role

• Programming, setting & operating CNC lathes with live tooling
• Working with Fanuc controls
• Machining complex components to tight tolerances
• Materials: Aluminium, Stainless, Titanium, Inconel, Bronze
• Batch sizes typically 5–100 (varied work)
• Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings
• Maintaining high-quality standards in a precision environment
