Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4SB
Salary: £17.00 - £22.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:30am (4-day week)
Overtime: Available at enhanced rate

You will be joining a great team, working within a clean and organised environment, producing high-precision parts and components. The nature of the work is small to medium batch with medium to high complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- CNC Setting and operating CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances
- Work with premium materials including Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, and Nylon
- Interpret technical drawings and work to precise specifications
- Record job timings accurately in the ERP system
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your workspace (6S)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in CNC Turning, ideally within aerospace or other high-precision sectors
- Skilled in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
- Experience working to tight tolerances on complex components
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on a late shift
