• Perform repairs and restoration on footwear, ensuring high-quality finish and longevity.

• Assess product condition and recommend optimal repair or care solutions.

• Provide customers with expert aftercare advice on maintenance and preservation.

• Collaborate with store teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

• Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, accuracy and presentation.

• Keep detailed records of repairs, fittings and completed work.

• Manage tools, materials and supplies responsibly in a clean workspace.

• Adhere to brand guidelines and health & safety protocols.
