Role: Commercial Assistant – Customer Services Executive
Salary £33k + 10% (12mnths ft)
Location – Knowsley

The Company

Commercial Assistant opportunity for an customer services professional to join our client and be part of an established and growing waste management organisation in a supporting remit to the Commercial Sales Team.

The Role

• As Commercial Assistant, you will provide exemplary customer service to our external customer accounts.
• As Commercial Assistant you will process and manage orders from cradle to grave.  Managing all aspects of full order processing function.
• Nurturing positive business relationships with our customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• You will ensure consistent and professional communications throughout the process with our client and our commercial sales team.
• As Commercial Assistant you will work collaboratively with our logistics and manufacturing functions.  Liaising with all to ensure a smooth process for our client.

The Successful Candidate  

• The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Ideally you will  be in a similar remit, industries of interest being waste management, manufacturing, logistics.
• The successful candidate will ideally have experience of managing an order process, with knowledge of stock processes, manufacturing and logistics.
• You will have natural relationship building skills and the ability to work positively and collaboratively.
• You will be enthusiastic and have an adaptable and professional attitude.
• You will have excellent attention to detail and hold a high standard of personal accountability for the quality of your work.
