What You'll Do:

As a vital member of the Commercial Contracts team, you'll play an essential role in:

• Providing expert commercial contract advice to internal stakeholders.
• Negotiating contracts with external parties to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Reviewing and managing multiple large tender opportunities while assessing risks.
• Coordinating and drafting comprehensive tender submissions that effectively communicate the business's position.
• Advising on contractual rights and obligations, and managing variations to contracts.
• Navigating public procurement legislation and providing guidance on contractual queries.

What You Bring:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A degree or equivalent, with a preference for qualifications in commercial contracts law (e.g., IACCM, CIPS).
• Significant experience in contract law, particularly with high-value complex goods and services (£5m+).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draft and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Knowledge of public procurement regulations and data protection matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
