About the role of Commercial Manager
As Commercial Manager, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor who operate across Europe with a London office based in the City. They deliver major building, infrastructure, rail, highways and commercial developments with a turnover of over £1bn.
You will be supporting the commercial team on a large commercial development in Central London. You will join their building team to perform commercial management duties on commercial developments with values of £100m - £300m.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Commercial Manager
Include but not limited to;
- Lead change management in line with project strategy
- Work collaboratively with designers, supply chain, and key stakeholders
- Integrate cost plans
- Administer the head contract
- Ensure project scope, contractual notices, terms and conditions are clearly understood and effectively managed
Key Requirements of Commercial Manager
- Live within commutable distance to Central London
- Previous experience operating at Commercial Manager level
- JCT contract experience
- Degree qualified in a construction related subject
- Contributed at senior level within commercial or project leadership teams
- Strong knowledge of contract and commercial law
