Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial performance of multiple electrical and construction projects. The role will focus on cost control, contract management, and driving profitability across live schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial performance across multiple projects
- Oversee valuations, variations, CVRs, and final accounts
- Ensure effective cost control and accurate financial reporting
- Support procurement and subcontractor negotiations
- Manage contractual risk and ensure compliance
- Work closely with operational teams to improve project performance
- Drive margin improvement and cash flow management
About You
- Experience as a Commercial Manager / Senior QS in construction or electrical contracting
- Proven track record in cost control and commercial management
- Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
