Commercial Plumber (Mobile) – FM

💰 Up to £38,000 + Van + Overtime + Benefits

We are currently working with a well-established Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Plumber to join their mobile team.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business delivering maintenance services across a range of commercial contracts throughout the Central Belt.

The Role

As a Mobile Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites.

Duties will include:

• Plumbing maintenance across commercial buildings
• Fault finding and repair of water systems, pipework, and drainage
• Carrying out PPM and reactive works in line with SLA/KPI targets
• Basic maintenance on heating systems and associated plant
• Supporting wider building services teams where required
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
• Providing a high level of customer service when dealing with clients on site

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working as a Commercial Plumber within Facilities Management
• Strong experience in maintenance (PPM & reactive)
• Relevant qualifications (SVQ/NVQ in Plumbing & Heating)
• A good understanding of commercial plumbing systems
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
