Key Responsibilities of Community Paediatric Nurse
• Deliver specialist paediatric nursing care including IV therapy, cannulation, and subcutaneous injections.
• Manage a caseload of children within the community, supporting safe and effective care plans.
• Complete clinical assessments and monitor ongoing treatment and outcomes.
• Work closely with families, carers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care delivery.
About You
• Registered Children’s Nurse (RSCN/RCN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience within hospital or community paediatric settings.
• Competent in cannulation, subcutaneous injections, and clinical assessments.
