Component Engineer

Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Component Engineer to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a maternity cover contract position with a proposed end date of 29th January 2027.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour.

Duties:

• Responsible for selecting, approving and qualifying purchased components utilized in assemblies or end products. Ensures selections are both cost efficient and reliable.
• Troubleshoots issues with purchased components. Works closely with developers to evaluate design reviews of components.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Static Sealing of Body Structures.
