Overview:
We are currently recruiting for experienced Composite Laminators to support a busy Motorsport / F1 project based in Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performance engineering environment working on cutting-edge composite components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Laminating composite components to a high standard
• Working with pre-preg carbon fibre materials
• Following technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Maintaining quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting production deadlines and project requirements
Requirements:
• Proven Motorsport / F1 composite laminating experience
• Strong understanding of composite materials and processes
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High attention to detail and quality standards
What’s on Offer:
• £23.00 per hour
• Weekly LTD payments
• Outside IR35
• 40–50 hours per week
