This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator or industry professional looking to make a genuine impact within Further Education, helping learners develop the practical skills, confidence, and knowledge needed for future careers within the construction and electrical sectors.

- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Construction & Electrical courses
- Support and motivate learners to achieve positive academic and practical outcomes
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively within a successful and growing department
- Contribute to curriculum delivery, learner progress, and departmental success
- Experience teaching or working within Construction and/or Electrical trades
- Passionate about learner development and vocational education
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Able to inspire and engage learners of varying abilities
- Teaching qualification desirable, although industry professionals looking to transition into education are encouraged to apply
