Estimator – Small Works / M&E Projects
Liverpool

We’re working with a regional contractor looking to appoint an Estimator to support the delivery of small works projects across a range of commercial, education, and residential schemes.

Projects are typically valued between £0.5m–£2m and involve a large amount of M&E-focused works, where the business acts as principal contractor.

They are open to candidates from intermediate through to senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimates and tender submissions
• Pricing M&E and general construction packages
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal delivery teams
• Supporting projects from enquiry through to handover

Requirements:

• Previous experience within estimating in the construction sector
• Experience working on small works or refurbishment projects
• Understanding of M&E packages would be advantageous
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills

Package:

• Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
• Some hybrid working available
• Long-term opportunity with a steadily growing contractor
