Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum + Annual Bonus + £5,000 Car/Travel Allowance

The Role Overview
As the Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions for major building projects. Working closely with the wider pre-construction and commercial teams, you will help develop detailed cost plans, support framework projects, and contribute to successful bid delivery.
What you'll do:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Support the full tendering process through to financial handover
- Develop cost plans and pricing exercises for major construction projects
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
- Assist with tender queries and post-tender negotiations
- Work closely with senior estimating and bidding teams on framework and target cost projects
- Ensure estimates are commercially robust and aligned with project requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Previous experience estimating on large building/construction projects
- Strong knowledge of estimating software (Causeway experience desirable)
- Experience producing and managing tender documentation
- Good commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced pre-construction environment
