Quack Recruitment & Training is offering a fully funded Construction Skills Bootcamp for Hampshire residents aged 19 and over.

In just three weeks, you will gain nationally recognised qualifications, prepare for your CSCS touchscreen test, and receive a guaranteed interview with employers recruiting for entry-level construction and utilities roles.

Successful learners progress into positions such as:

  • Construction Labourer
  • Groundworker
  • Utilities Operative
  • Site Operative
  • Civils Labourer
  • General Construction Operative

Typical starting salaries range from £30,000 to £40,000 per year, with opportunities for overtime and rapid progression.

What You Will Receive

  • Highfield Level 1 Award in Health and Safety within a Construction Environment (RQF)
  • Highfield Level 2 Award in Safe Moving and Handling (RQF)
  • Highfield Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace (RQF)
  • Highfield Level 2 Award in Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (RQF)
  • Preparation for the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Touchscreen Test

Training Details

  • Duration: 3 weeks
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:30pm
  • Delivery: Blended learning (combination of classroom and online sessions)
  • Cost: Fully funded (no cost to eligible learners)

Entry Requirements

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be aged 19 or over
  • Live in Hampshire
  • Have the legal right to live and work in the UK
  • Have access to public funds
  • Not have completed another Skills Bootcamp since April 2026
  • Be unemployed, self-employed, or looking to move into construction
