THE ROLE: 
• Delivering domestic retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 requirements
• Managing projects from post-assessment and design coordination through installation and 
final handover
• Coordinating works between Retrofit Coordinators, Designers and PAS 2030-certified 
installers
• Supporting the retrofit design process and technical teams
• Supporting the construction and installation phases of retrofit projects
• Managing project programme, quality assurance and resident liaison
• Ensuring compliance with PAS 2030, PAS 2035 and MCS standards
• Overseeing installer performance, inspections and quality checks
• Maintaining accurate records to ensure audit and compliance readiness
• Supporting grant and funding compliance requirements
• Managing snagging, defects and post-installation issues
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across domestic sites
• Preparing project progress, quality and compliance reports
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SKILLS IN SOME OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS: 
• Domestic Retrofit Delivery (PAS 2035)
• Working with PAS 2030 Certified Installers
• Fabric First Retrofit Measures
• Loft, Cavity and Solid Wall Insulation
• Ventilation Systems (MEV / MVHR)
• Air Source Heat Pump Systems
• Air-to-Air Heat Pump Systems
• Solar Photovoltaic and Battery Storage Systems
• Resident Liaison and Occupied Property Working
• Retrofit Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Domestic Electrical and Heating Upgrades Associated with Low Carbon Technologies
As well as experience or understanding of core construction trades, including: 
• Bricklaying
• Joinery
• Steelwork
• Groundwork
• Roofing
• Plastering
• Kitchen installations
• Bathroom installations

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED:
• Proven experience delivering domestic retrofit or energy efficiency projects
• Strong working knowledge of PAS 2035 requirements 
• Experience working with PAS 2030-certified installers
• Familiarity with MCS-certified technologies
• Experience working in occupied domestic properties
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and audit readiness
• Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
• Retrofit related qualification or coordinator exposure
• Experience delivering government funded retrofit schemes
• Understanding of domestic building fabric and ventilation strategies
