A freelance Construction Manager is required for a £2.6m CAT B commercial office fit out based in King’s Cross. The project is due to run for 17 weeks and is delivering a full office fit‑out to a high standard.
You will be working under an on‑site Project Manager for a Tier 1 D&B commercial contractor.

Key responsibilities:
- Day‑to‑day site management
- Managing subcontractors and programme
- Health & Safety compliance
- Quality control and coordination with the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering CAT B commercial fit outs
- Background working with Tier 1 or large commercial contractors
- Strong site management and coordination skills
