Senior Construction Manager – CAT B Fit Out

A leading Tier 1 fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to deliver a £5m CAT B commercial fit-out in the heart of Covent Garden.
This is a full building fit-out across 5 storeys, offering a fast-paced and high-profile project environment.
The Role
- Senior CM responsible for day-to-day site delivery
- Leading and coordinating all subcontractor packages on site
- Chairing and running subcontractor and coordination meetings
- Ensuring programme, quality, and H&S standards are maintained throughout
- Working closely with the Project Manager, who will have overall project oversight
Key Requirements
- Strong background in CAT A / CAT B commercial fit-outs
- Proven experience delivering projects in the £3m–£10m range
- Confident in running site meetings and managing multiple trades
- Experience working on multi-storey projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
