The Role
As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will:
- Lead and deliver CI projects that improve operational performance and customer experience.
- Provide monthly updates on improvement initiatives, highlighting risks and priorities.
- Ensure projects are supported with clear plans, milestones, and governance documentation.
- Work closely with operational teams, BI, Systems/IT, and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.
- Support the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks across the account.
To be successful in the role of Continuous Improvement Manager you’ll bring:
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or BPM methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to analyse complex processes and turn them into practical improvements.
- A delivery-focused mindset with strong accountability.
- Lean / Six Sigma / BPM qualifications
- PRINCE2 or Agile certification
- Degree-level education
