What You’ll Be Doing

• Strip, inspect, repair, and rebuild industrial gearboxes
• Diagnose faults in motors, pumps, and rotating machinery
• Work from engineering drawings and tight tolerances
• Carry out precision assembly and overhaul work
• Support maintenance and breakdown operations on industrial and plant equipment

• Scunthorpe – Specialist gearbox repair roles 
• St Helens – Mobile plant fitter positions with overtime
• Warrington - Service and workshop roles
• Additional contracts available across the UK

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive rates from £22 to £30 per hour (limited)
• Overtime available (up to 1.5x rates)
• Company van on selected roles
• Door-to-door pay available on some contracts

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Mechanical fitting or gearbox overhaul experience
• Knowledge of industrial, agricultural, or plant machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with pumps, motors, and rotating equipment
