Contract Manager

Overview
An established interior refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced and reliable Contracts Manager to lead project delivery across the North West.

Role
This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong construction knowledge and programming experience. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple refurbishment projects from planning through to completion
• Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams
• Measure, plan, and order fitted furniture installations
• Monitor site quality and ensure health & safety compliance
• Support and guide junior project staff when required

Requirements

• Strong trade background (ideally joinery) with hands-on experience
• Proven project management experience in construction
• Proficient in kitchen measuring and planning
• Valid SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card
• Good IT skills (Excel, Microsoft Project or similar)
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
