About the Role:

We are excited to offer a great opportunity for a seasoned Contract Manager to join a leading housing provider in Southgate. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in repairs and social housing, coupled with strong technical knowledge. The successful candidate will manage repair and maintenance contracts, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance with all contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of repair and maintenance services, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor contractor performance, providing regular reports and implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring a cost-efficient service delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager within the repairs and social housing sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge related to housing repairs and maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successful stakeholder management.
