Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Van + Bonus
Our client, a fast-growing drainage contractor, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and driven Contract Supervisor in Warwickshire. In this pivotal role, you will manage and resource a wide range of operational drainage activities, including gully emptying, reactive jetting, root cutting, CCTV surveys, and traffic management.
The Role:
- Lead and supervise a small, agile depot team in a flexible and innovative environment
- Coordinate and plan on-site resources, ensuring safe working practices at all times
- Line management of multiple drainage personnel, handling any performance issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop, monitor, and manage the works programme
- Conduct regular site audits with a focus on safety and quality
About You:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar within the drainage or highways industry
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Skilled in managing safe working practices
- CSCS card holder & health and safety qualification (SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely) would be advantageous
- Excellent team leadership, planning, and client-facing skills
