Job Title: Contractor Escort
Location: Bicester, OX25 area
Pay Rate: £14.41 per hour (up to 37 hours) | Overtime after 37 hours
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:15
Contract Type: Ongoing (expected through to 2027)
Start Date: Immediate
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for Contractor Escorts. This is a key position supporting the safe and secure movement of contractors across the prison site.
Key Responsibilities
- Escort contractors to and from designated work areas within the prison
- Ensure all movements comply with site security protocols
- Maintain supervision of contractors at all times while on site
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures
Training & Induction
- Full site induction provided on day one
- Training includes security procedures, key handling, and escorting protocols
Working Hours & Pay
- Standard working week: 37 hours
- Hours: 07:30 - 17:15, Monday to Friday
- £14.41 per hour (standard rate up to 37 hours)
- Overtime paid after 37 hours worked
Contract Duration
- Ongoing role with work available through to 2027
