Mechanical Contracts Administrator – Tower Hamlets (Full Time, Permanent)

We’re a leading London M&E contractor with major projects across prestigious sites in the capital. We’re looking for a confident and organised Contracts Administrator with Mechanical Experience to join our growing team at our head office in Tower Hamlets.

Key Responsibilities


  • Allocate jobs to engineers using our in‑house system

  • Process orders and maintain accurate job records

  • Provide general admin support to management

  • Keep paperwork up to date in line with company SLAs

  • General office duties as required


Desirable Skills


  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Previous admin experience preferred but not essential
