Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within a busy reactive environment
• Lead and support teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

• Ensure health & safety procedures and company standards are consistently followed
• Maintain excellent communication between teams, clients, and management

Requirements

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
• Strong plumbing trade background essential
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage reactive workloads efficiently
