Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within a reactive, high-volume environment
• Lead and supervise teams across building, tiling, civils, and wet trade activities
• Coordinate workloads and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Prioritise urgent and reactive tasks effectively
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, operatives, and senior management
• Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain service delivery standards

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience essential
• Strong trade background in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
