We are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in façade projects to join a growing contractor operating across London.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing façade packages/projects
• Strong knowledge of cladding, curtain walling, and external envelope systems
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and site teams
• Excellent client-facing and programme management skills
• Strong commercial and health & safety awareness

Role

• Managing façade projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintaining quality, compliance, and H&S standards
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Package

• £60,000–£70,000 salary DOE
• Car allowance included
• Permanent position
• London-based projects
• 4–6 week start available
