We are working with a well-established regional contractor delivering high-quality projects across the North West. With a strong pipeline of work across NHS, Education, Commercial, Leisure fit-out, and selected new build projects, they continue to grow and are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects across healthcare, education, commercial and leisure sectors
- Overseeing site teams and supporting Project and Site Managers
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Ensuring health and safety and compliance standards are met
- Programme and cost control across all projects
- Supporting tendering and pre-construction activities
- Driving quality, performance, and delivery standards across sites
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Background with a main or regional contractor
- Experience across NHS, Education, Commercial or Leisure fit-out sectors
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
