Contracts Manager – Residential Refurbishment & Insurance Claims

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential refurbishment and insurance claim projects across the North West.

This is a hands-on role managing projects from instruction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple live refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
  • Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, clients, and surveyors
  • Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and health & safety compliance
  • Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Carry out site visits, progress meetings, and reporting
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within residential refurbishment, reactive maintenance, or insurance reinstatement
  • Strong knowledge of domestic building and refurbishment works
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
