Contracts Manager – High-End Bespoke Residential

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established and highly respected construction company delivering exceptional high-end bespoke residential projects across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

The Role:
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion and aftercare. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest possible standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing projects from tender submission through to final completion and beyond
- Understanding and delivering the project vision in line with client expectations and contractual obligations
- Programming and executing project plans to agreed budgets and timelines
- Managing, supporting, and directing site teams across multiple projects
- Maintaining stringent quality control standards across all phases of construction
- Facilitating effective communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitoring health & safety compliance and company standards across all sites
- Producing and managing project budgets, costing, and reporting
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with company values, statutory legislation, and industry regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within high-end bespoke residential construction
- Strong construction background with relevant industry knowledge and training
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Health & Safety management experience
- Competent in budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple live projects and competing deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional standards
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite
