Contracts Manager – High-End Bespoke Residential

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established and highly respected construction company delivering exceptional high-end bespoke residential projects across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

The Role:

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion and aftercare. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest possible standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects from tender submission through to final completion and beyond
  • Understanding and delivering the project vision in line with client expectations and contractual obligations
  • Programming and executing project plans to agreed budgets and timelines
  • Managing, supporting, and directing site teams across multiple projects
  • Maintaining stringent quality control standards across all phases of construction
  • Facilitating effective communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Monitoring health & safety compliance and company standards across all sites
  • Producing and managing project budgets, costing, and reporting
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in line with company values, statutory legislation, and industry regulations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within high-end bespoke residential construction
  • Strong construction background with relevant industry knowledge and training
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Health & Safety management experience
  • Competent in budgeting, cost control, and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects and competing deadlines
  • High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional standards
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite
