Permanent Contracts & Procurement Co-ordinator
Location: Cwmbran (office-based)
Salary: £25,000-£26,000

Join a growing organisation delivering managed services to the NHS, helping improve efficiency and patient care. This role supports the Contracts & Procurement team with documentation, coordination, and administration across a range of commercial and public sector agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review contracts

  • Support procurement processes

  • Coordinate stakeholder feedback and manage document approvals

  • Track workloads and ensure deadlines are met

  • Maintain contract records, databases, and asset registers

  • Analyse procurement and spend data

  • Support compliance, risk management, and process improvements

  • Assist with data protection tasks and legal research

  • Provide general administrative support

Skills & Experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office and document drafting skills

  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management

  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently

Desirable

  • Experience in contracts, procurement, or the public sector

  • Knowledge of systems such as SAP or CRM platforms

  • Strong numeracy and spreadsheet skills
