What It’s Like to Work Here
We’re not a corporate environment — and we don’t pretend to be.
• Small, experienced team where your work actually matters
• Direct involvement in machine design, not just small pieces of it
• Strong focus on R&D and continuous improvement
• Real engineering challenges — not repetitive production work
• Opportunity to travel and see your machines running in the real world
• A business that values practical thinking and problem solving over theory

If you enjoy:
• Getting stuck in
• Seeing things through from concept to commissioning
• Working on genuinely bespoke equipment
...you’ll fit in here.

This role is NOT for you if:
• You only want a desk-based programming role
• You don’t enjoy hands-on electrical work
• You’re not open to occasional worldwide travel
• You prefer repetitive production work over problem solving
