Conveyancing Legal Administrator

The successful candidate will be working along aside a dedicated property team and will have experience in managing the administration / secretarial duties associated with residential property
Duties for this Conveyancing Legal Administrator role to include:
- Handling onboarding processes
- Opening matters on the case management system, AML and compliance checks
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to progress transactions
- Arranging appointments
- Handling telephone calls and enquiries
- Supporting the post-completion processes and file closing procedures
Essential skills for this Conveyancing Legal Administrator:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in the field of residential property law.
- Experience of working directly with Partners.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft office
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation.
- Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- IT literate.
- Be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and to progress.
