Conveyancing Legal Administrator

Top legal 500 law firm in Central London are currently recruiting a Conveyancing Legal Administrator to join their team. 

The successful candidate will be working along aside a dedicated property team and will have experience in managing the administration / secretarial duties associated with residential property

Duties for this Conveyancing Legal Administrator role to include:
  • Handling onboarding processes
  • Opening matters on the case management system, AML and compliance checks
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to progress transactions
  • Arranging appointments
  • Handling telephone calls and enquiries
  • Supporting the post-completion processes and file closing procedures

Essential skills for this Conveyancing Legal Administrator:
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in the field of residential property law.
  • Experience of working directly with Partners.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft office
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • IT literate.
  • Be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and to progress.
