The Role
In this hands-on and rewarding position, you’ll be at the centre of the conveyancing process, working closely with solicitors and clients to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to successful completion. You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, build strong client relationships, and make a real impact within the team.
Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of your own caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from start to finish

Prepare, review, and manage contracts, leases, dispositions, and associated legal documentation

Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and third parties to ensure seamless communication throughout transactions

Conduct property searches, review reports, and assist with due diligence processes

Draft correspondence, maintain accurate records, and ensure all case files are fully up to date

Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, keeping transactions on track and delivering excellent outcomes

Work closely with solicitors to meet key deadlines and exceed client expectations

Deliver a high standard of client care, building trust and maintaining strong professional relationships
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or within a similar property-focused legal role
-
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes and property law
-
Ability to independently manage multiple transactions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills

Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications

Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
