Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in North Lanarkshire to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.

The successful candidate will play a key role within a supportive and collaborative team, managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters while providing exceptional service to clients throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.

  • Draft, review, and prepare a range of legal documentation, including dispositions, contracts, leases, and settlement documents.

  • Conduct title examinations, property searches, and due diligence investigations.

  • Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant case records throughout the conveyancing process.

  • Assist with settlements, registrations, and post-completion matters.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver successful outcomes and a high standard of client care.

About You

  • Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar property law role.

  • Strong understanding of Scottish residential and/or commercial conveyancing procedures.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
