Pay: £14.10 per hour (£29,328 per annum)
Overtime:
- 1.5x rate on weekdays
- 2x rate on weekends
Shift Pattern (Mon–Fri):
- 05:00 – 14:00 or
- 06:00 – 15:00
Contract: Temp‑to‑Perm after 12 successful weeks via Pertemps

The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cookhouse Supervisor to join a busy food production environment in Evesham. This is a hands‑on supervisory role with responsibility for overseeing daily food production operations, maintaining standards, and supporting the team.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food production supervisor role (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Ability to supervise and motivate a production team
- Comfortable working early shifts in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable and detail‑focused approach to work
